Refund policy
1) All sales are final. Sorry no exchanges are allowed.
2) If your item is damaged upon arrival, please let me know within 3 days of arrival to you. Replacement or refund will be considered for items received damaged, if within three days of pick up or arrival time to you.
3) All refund or replacement requests after 3 days will no longer be valid.
4) All damaged items must be returned to us before replacement or refund is considered.
5) We try our best to keep our website current and accurate pertaining to available in-stock items. However, on rare occasions beyond our control an item may be out of stock and/or not available due to cross-processing orders. On these rare occasions we will offer you a full refund of item(s) or you may also choose a replacement of a similar item(s).
6) No warranty is given on items. Please review "care instructions" (located in the home side bar link ) for your Fashion Jewelry purchase. You can often extend the life of your jewelry using these suggestions.
7) We do not repair jewelry, however If you need suggestions on how to repair any of your jewelry, feel free to email us and we will send you suggestions on how you may do this yourself.
